Attire 

Outside Only Venue! We recommend comfortable shoes, and dressing in layers. Please check the Saratoga weather app for planning purposes. Sun protection and/or blankets are encouraged. 

Groups
Personal music of any kind is not permitted. We do not permit balloons, banners, feather boas or confetti. Please keep in mind the environment, vines and view when visiting the property. 

Rideshare and carpool are our preferred methods of transportation. IF your group plans to arrive via bus, limo or larger vehicle you MUST communicate that with management prior to your visit. 

Children
Well behaved, supervised children are welcome at the winery. Please consider this is a wine venue and many
adults are enjoying the peace and beauty of the hilltop. We do not permit loud yelling or screaming of any
kind. Also, we are an outdoor venue and susceptible to wildlife such as snakes, bees, ect. We encourage
children to enjoy the fresh air, be part of the conversation and play; just respectfully and courteously.
If you bring games or coloring projects for your children, please make sure to return the area to its
original state and disclose of any debris.

Pets
Well behaved and supervised pets are welcome. Dogs need to be non-aggressive and cannot bark.
They need to be on a maximum 6ft leash, attached to their handler at all times. We are an outdoor venue and
susceptible to wildlife such as snakes, bees, ect. If your pet elevates themselves, please pick up and dispose of it properly.

Alcohol
Anyone consuming alcohol on our premises must be able to prove that they are 21 years of age or older. Please have appropriate ID (which meets all applicable California standards) on hand at all times. Please note that we cannot pour wine or sell wine to guests that are visibly intoxicated by law, and for the safety of all, so please consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. HFV sells select beers in addition to our wines. No outside alcohol is permitted for consumption on the property. 

While we do not permit outside alcohol unless previously approved by management, you are welcome to bring in previously purchased House Family wine. There is a $25 corkage fee per bottle for wine brought back to the vineyard for consumption on site.

Professional Photography and Video
Use of the premises for professional photography and/or video purposes is strictly prohibited without prior consent of Management. If requests are granted by Management, an appropriate facility fee may be charged.

No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property.

Parking
Parking is provided for our customers only, during operating hours. Please follow parking signs and employee instructions for parking locations. Vehicles left without permission may be towed.

Wine Glasses
Wine glasses are available for purchase at $10 each if you wish to add some to your personal glassware collection at home.

We have established these policies to ensure a pleasant, peaceful, and safe experience for all our guests, and we thank you in advance for your compliance with the above. House Family Vineyards reserves the right to ask any guest to leave who does not abide by these policies.
