DONATIONS
At House Family Vineyards we strive to be active in our community through involvement with local non-profit organizations and educational groups by donating when possible. The majority of our gifting is to organizations in or near our vineyard in Saratoga, CA. We do not donate to organizations outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
We have a new process for donation requests. Please see the process below:
We receive dozens of requests for donations every month from schools and organizations all around the Bay area. In order for us to carefully review requests we kindly ask that you fill out our form and please pay particular attention to the section that asks how do you know about our winery (are you current members, do you have a connection with anyone on our team/family, when did you last visit us?). All of the information is collected in a database for our records and helps us review all of the requests more easily. Click the link below for our donation request form:

Once you submit your form we will review it with all of our other submissions month by month. For instance if this is April, we collect all submissions and review them at the beginning of May. We will get back to you one way or another the first week of the following month of your submission. If your submission is approved we will email you at the email address you provide with details. Pick up your donation at our venue when we are open Thur-Sun 12-5 PM our normal working hours. Thank you so much.
