2021 Rose of Grenache Mourvèdre $45
90% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre, that mirrors its finest cousins from Provence. It is crisp and dry with beautiful flavors of white peach, nectarine, red plum, wild strawberry, and hibiscus. The acid is pleasant and in balance.
2018 Monterey County Chardonnay $56
100% Chardonnay! Mineral driven and reminiscent of a round, but elegant Chablis. Notes of lemon zest, quince, papya, and other tropical fruits. Hints of dried apricots, honeysuckle, are crowned with other floral notes. Vibrant and balanced acidity. Finishing with flint and wet stone underpinnings.
2017 Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre (GSM) $56
44% Grenache, 19% Mourvedre, 37% Syrah! Beautiful, elegant, and about as close as you can get to Cotes Du Rhone without setting foot in France. Summer black and red fruits, baking spice, subtle earth tones, with hints of savory meats, and smoke.
2018 Saltonstall Pinot Noir $56
Made in a classic Burgundy style, the Saltonstall Vineyard prouces bold fruit. This incredible gem of a vineyard producing some of the most exquisite Pinot Noir. Beautiful, ripe Sonoma Coast fruit flavors of blackberry, ripe raspberry, white pepper, earthtones, and subtle spice notes with a lengthy finish.
2016 Estate Cabernet $65
Nose of cedar, tobacco, blackberry, chocolate, earthy notes of fresh forest rain. Deep and dark, but vibrant and extraordinarily delicious. Loads of juicy black fruit, and bright summer red fruit entice you deeper into the subtle nuances of dried meats, savory herbs, sweet earth tones, warm pie crust, and toasted nuts.
