1. Migas Arugonesas with 2016 Gali Pinot Noir
   • Torn Bread, Chorizo, Seared Grapes, Pimento, Smoked Olive Oil and Poached Egg
2. Pipirrana Con Grano with 2017 Napa Sauvignon Blanc
   • Persian Cucumber and Local Grain Salad, Fresh Herbs and Tahini Yogurt Dressing
3. Carabineros with 2015 Monterey Chardonnay
   • Imported Spanish Red Shrimp A La Plancha, Preserved Lemon
4. Cochinillo with 2014 Monterey Syrah
   • Slow Cooked Crispy Suckling Pig, Rose Petal Quince Sauce and Chimichuri
5. Churros with Chocolate wth 2012 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
   • Spanish paprika Caramel, Roasted Berries
